Eugenia Bagdassarian, Esq.

Founder and Managing Attorney

Eugenia Bagdassarian is the founder of Trial Lit Attorneys and acts as the primary trial attorney. Since she founded the firm, Eugenia has had a strong commitment to client communication and satisfaction, and the pursuit of justice.

Throughout her studies at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Eugenia worked to sharpen her trial skills during her time at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office and Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. She also helped her client secure release on parole after 35 years of incarceration through her work with the Post-Conviction Justice Project and was a member of the Hale Moot Court honors program. After taking the bar, Eugenia served as a post-bar law clerk at the Federal Public Defender’s office, where she further developed her legal research, writing, and trial skills.

After her admission to the California Bar, Eugenia worked at the Law Offices of Dale K. Galipo, where she fought to protect and vindicate the rights of victims of police violence. Eugenia thoroughly developed the skills necessary to become an effective advocate and trial attorney. Since becoming an attorney, Eugenia has helped obtain over $10 million in settlements for her clients.
